Account deletion may include removal of profile information, business information, uploaded files, documents, images, schedules, job records, employee/team records, AI conversation records, and app-generated content where technically and legally possible.
Some data may remain temporarily in secure backups, archives, logs, fraud prevention records, billing records, or legally required records.
Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion. Users must cancel active subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or the original purchase platform.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription unless technically supported by the applicable platform.
Before deleting an account, Ideal Solutions Pro may require identity verification or account ownership confirmation.
Team owners are responsible for exporting or saving business records before deletion.
Employee data associated with a business account may be deleted, anonymized, or retained depending on legal, payroll, security, or business record requirements.
Uploaded documents and images will be deleted where technically possible, except where copies remain temporarily in backups or legally required records.
AI conversation history may be deleted, anonymized, or retained only as needed for security, support, compliance, or service improvement.
