Ideal Solutions Pro grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the app for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this agreement.
Users do not own the software. Ideal Solutions Pro retains all rights, title, and interest in the app, software, design, branding, features, code, content, and intellectual property.
Users may not copy, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, reproduce, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works based on Ideal Solutions Pro.
Users may not use the app to build a competing product or service.
This license may be terminated if the user violates the agreement, misuses the app, fails to pay required subscription fees, or violates applicable laws.
Some features may require an active paid subscription.
AI tools, cloud storage, team features, GPS features, and add-ons may be limited by subscription tier, usage caps, or account settings.
Ideal Solutions Pro may update, change, remove, or discontinue features at any time.
The app may rely on third-party services including Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, cloud storage providers, and other vendors.
Ideal Solutions Pro is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, data loss, payment failures, or service disruptions.
The app is licensed "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideal Solutions Pro is not liable for damages, losses, data loss, business interruption, AI inaccuracies, subscription issues, third-party failures, or user misuse.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
